This past weekend, the M6T team joined together to celebrate the company’s 5-year anniversary at the Pretoria Zoo for an overnight camp.
The evening started with a “Night at the Zoo” guided tour, followed by a braai, team games, bone fire and the last man standing challenge (the person who would not fall asleep till morning).
Management also shared a few of their experiences and the milestones achieved by M6T with the new members of staff, starting from Day 1. M6T was founded on the 13th of March 2017, and officially started trading on the 1st of August of the same year. With one shared office, one desk cluster and a single telephone, the founding team took turns doing cargo collections, deliveries and working odd hours to help M6T grow to the company it is today.
Our Managing Director, Lesego Tladi, attributes the company’s success, is all thanks to the collaborated efforts of everyone who has been involved including our former business partners, former and current staff, customers, suppliers, mentors, and our bankers.
It still feels surreal to see how far we have come in so short a space of time and cannot wait to see what the next 20 years have in store for us.
